Company/Product Name: Nokia mini N97
I had purchased this phone for 30,000 rupees ! My phone is still under warrenty . !! But due to manufacturing fault the keygaurd switch was dettachted. When i went to Nokia Care they did not accept the fault , rather said that its a PHYSICAL damage !!I did not understand the point of this physical damage??? How is it possible???If my complaint is not rectified , then i may never buy or even recomend any one to buy any NOKIA handset !
